www.pixnet.net offered 100 MB while www.wretch.cc gives 50MB to be yours to manage. wretch also comes with a blog space and there are 2000+ new users registering at wretch every day. It is a very large community, couple hundred thousand I presume.

The answer depends on what kind of services exactly you want.
Do you just only need a space so that you can link them to post on your blog?
Use Hello offered by Google and send pictures to bloggerbot.
Or try http://www.imageshack.us
Or do you actually want an online harddrive?
